Sonshine Art is the result of kind, fun, sensory-satisfying, emotionally soothing or stimulating,

gently-educational parenting for our sons and blissful, therapeutic creativity for myself. 

My sons only create when they want to.

If they're not in the mood I absolutely will not force it.

That is why the art that is here is so engaging and exciting; because their hearts are truly in it. 
My blog includes posts about neurodiversity & creativity, self-care, parenting, and ideas for creative and sensory-friendly activities.
