This is one of my favourite paintings by my Max so it will need to go to a very special home. It's so rich to me. Looks more incredible in person than a digital copy can display. It's got a lot of layers and was painted when Max was in various different emotional states, using loads of different tools. It was fascinating to watch. I love how he finds the names for his paintings too, sometimes it's just what you think he'll call it, but often like this he sees something there in the shapes and colours and marks he makes that others may not see and I just love that. Pure art from a pure soul.
